Guess what? NO ONE LIKES TO EXERCISE. Not at first, anyway. Those annoying people that tell you they LOVE to exercise have developed that love because they’ve experienced the incredible mood and confidence-boosting effects of a solid exercise habit. I’m here to tell you that if you’ve struggled to make and keep an exercise habit, you’re completely normal. You’re not weak, you just need to understand the obstacles in your way and develop strategies to overcome them.
